Postdoctoral positions are available in Prof. Jian-Feng Li’s group at Xiamen University (XMU), which is the most beautiful campus in China. Prof. Li is a full professor in College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University since 2014. He was awarded the “National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars” and is a senior Editor of the Journal of Physical Chemistry A/B/C. He has published over 140 peer-reviewed papers, including those published in Nature, Nature Energy, Nature Mater., Nature Nanotechnol., Nature Catal., Nature Protoc., Nature Commun., Chem, Sci. Adv., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Soc. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., and Chem. Rev., which have been cited over 10000 times.

The position is long-term effective and is available for start immediately. Candidates with experience in any of the following fields are welcome to apply: surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS, SHINERS), electrochemistry and catalysis, or related fields. The salary for this position is at least 250,000 RMB per year (before tax) for the first year. It can be increased to 350,000 RMB per year for the second or third year. Furthermore, an apartment about 60-70 m2 large with a sea view is almost free for usage.
